The City of Logan has a number of available cemeteries, some of which are Council-managed and some privately owned. One privately owned cemetery is Great Southern Memorial Park at 1774-1794 Mt Cotton Rd, Carbrook. We’ve included a virtual tour of this cemetery to show what facilities are available. Below are the cemeteries controlled by Logan City Council. They’re responsible for the opening and closing of grave sites and general maintenance of the cemetery grounds. * Please note: These cemeteries are ‘restricted’. Only residents of the former Beaudesert Shire - or direct descendants (first degree kinship only) - are permitted to be buried at these cemeteries. If a request for burial is received from outside these locations, proof of relationship to the deceased is required.
