Help with  Funeral Order of Service Booklets in Brisbane

Order of Service Booklets

An Order of Service or Printed Funeral Booklet can be organised and distributed as people are gathering at the venue of your choice. These booklets can be either as simple as a folded A4 sheet of paper.

The booklet often contains details of the deceased with a photo on the front. The inside pages have the funeral service outline and a poem, prayer, or hymn. The back page may have details of the wake, more pictures, the funeral service date, location and so on.

We have provided free usable templates below for you to complete the Order of Service yourself. 

Ask the Celebrant or Minister to send you the outline of the service and go from there. When you have completed the draft, send it to them for any changes that need to be made and proof reading. Ask a few people to read through it to check for errors or changes. Once finalised, it is ready to print .

You can print it yourself or we will print them for a fee per copy.

• When we print on your behalf , we require all the relevant pictures and information (service outline, poems, catering details, etc.) by 12:00pm of the last business day prior to the funeral service. 
• After 12:00pm and before 2:00pm there is a late production fee of $220.00. 
• After 2:00pm, it is impossible for us to produce it. 
• If there are any changes after we have the approval to print and the document has been printed, reprinting the Order of Service will incur an additional cost. 

There are no exceptions to the above as there is lot of work and time invested to produce and print. In addition, Tony Hollands Funerals may have Order of Service booklets to produce and print for other funerals.

Producing the Order of Service is not included in Tony Hollands Funerals’ Professional Service Fee.

Tony Hollands Funerals staff are great Funeral Directors but we are not graphic designers. If you require a more elaborate design and layout, you will need to outsource it.

If you are using Tony Hollands Funerals to produce the Order of Service we need to add a production fee. Please check with your arranger for this cost. We will coordinate with the applicant, Minister or Celebrant to create the desired order of service. Approvals are still subject to the same stringent rules regarding time frames as previously stated.

If the funeral is to be in a Church, the Minister can organise the Church to provide the Order of Service (sometimes for a small donation). Some Celebrants are also equipped to provide an Order of Service.
