From the very first contact we had with Emillie, she was amazing. So professional and very caring. We knew we could call her and she would not hesitate to assist us. Emillie was also the celebrant for my darling husband Barry's service and we could not have had a more understanding, caring person. She made sure that everything was done when we were ready at the service and when she spoke to us or about Barry, she made us feel she really cared. So many people commented after Barry's service, how well it was conducted and the way Emillie spoke and consulted with us. She continued to assist us after Barry's funeral, not just in the days after but weeks after. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I could not recommend Emillie and Tony Hollands Funerals highly enough. They are wonderful.

That is so beautiful. I just want to say you did an amazing job on Rachael's funeral. I can honestly say that was the most beautiful and touching ceremonies I have ever witnessed. We would like to pass on our heartfelt thanks to Kodi for the professional and caring way she supported and guided our family through the funeral today for Hugh Greenway.

Kodi was a credit to her profession, and extremely accommodating and willing to “think outside the box” and secure a venue outside the usual venues. She made each step as easy as possible and was always prompt and courteous in all our dealings with her.

Stephanie was helpful & compassionate…almost like a friend. She tentatively booked Rod, the celebrant, for the service even before she’d met me…what a blessing. He was just who we needed to keep the family service from being a morbid occasion. Nothing was a problem & things ran smoothly. We were even offered a quick viewing of Brian before the service…so glad we had the opportunity…he’d been beautifully looked after.

Dear Tony Hollands and staff,

We would like to tell you how pleased we are with all the services of your company from enquiry to the end, when we were dealing with the passing of our beloved mother.

Our first encounter was a detailed quote emailed from Alleasha after we had made contact. We then arranged an appointment with Kodi to come out and visit us, but as my mother's illness progressed quickly, she ended up dying in her sleep at home on the day Kodi was coming!

As we had never dealt with this before, I phoned Kodi to ask what to do! She was the most calming, kind and wonderful person, I could have ever spoken to at that time and she arranged everything from there! Even though we had not accepted the quote or had our meeting with her yet.

She arranged the authorising certificate for transporting the body to be forwarded from Palliative care where June had been the previous day. She also arranged for Alleasha and a lovely gentleman, to collect her body. They were so respectful and gentle.

Kodi met with us that afternoon and helped us through all the cremation arrangements and on the day of the cremation everything went smoothly. The flowers were beautiful and the candle was much appreciated. Thank you too for arranging the live streaming of the service for all her family and friends.

Dear Emillie,

I am writing to thank you for the service preformed on Monday 22/11 for our son Billy. We can not thank you enough for care and support given to us at this sad time. From the beginning when Emillie arrived at our door the comfort and understanding that day made us feel we knew Billy was in safe care. We were asked what we wanted for Billy and this was all put in place by your team leaving us to deal with his passing without concern of what we needed to do. Right until the end of the service it felt like they to knew Billy. Thank you for giving our Boy a goodbye that help our hearts start healing
