This sum can be substantial, so we ask these initial disbursement costs be covered by way of a deposit.
• Tony Hollands Funerals Professional Service Fees. Our professional fees are designed to cover the numerous professional services and facilities associated with our role as funeral directors. Including our availability at any hour, day or night, providing highly trained personnel, advice and services. Liaise with cemeteries, crematoria, clergy, newspapers and florists etc. Use of relevant facilities and equipment, supplying specialised vehicles and appropriate labour. Staff training as necessary or as stipulated by industry awards. It also must proportionately recoup our administrative expenses such as wages, rates, taxes, motor vehicles expenses, telephone, light and power, insurances, depreciation, repairs and maintenance, etc. Lastly, a comparable return on the very considerable capital investment demanded by our calling.
• Estate Fee is added to the account if the account is not finalised within 14 days from the date of the funeral service. This is a fee placed on the account by Tony Hollands Funerals to cover ongoing expenses. These expenses include bank charges, taxes and administration fees. If the account is finalised within the 14 days the Estate Fee is removed from the account.
